2011 – Apple iPhones Fail to Ring in New Year [Alarm Issue Again]

Awww c’mon Apple!

The iPhone has topped many best gadget lists and most owners can’t explain how they got by without their fruity phone – but for all of its uses the most simple one is causing iPhone users problems – AGAIN!

I’ve not managed to find out what’s causing this alarm bug but since switching over to 2011 one off alarms will cease to sound.

Yup – pretty much the same issue as the recent Daylight Savings Time trouble we all had in November, although that hit both repeating alarm and single alarms.

There is a work round until Apple patches its OS – just create a recurring alarm at the time you need to be woken up, and then disable it once your forced out of your pit.
