Apple iPad 3 Release Date Leaked by Tipster

I know, another day – another iPad 3 story; but it seems everything is coming together for a release in the first week of March.

I have already stated that week as being penciled in for the release of Apple’s next generation tablet but now iMore is backing these claims up as it has knowledge from “sources who have been reliable in the past”.

The date that these loose-lipped tipsters are quoting is March 7th.

They’re even bold enough to confirm specs such as the 2048×1536 Retina Display, A6 quad-core processor and they’re edging their bets regarding the iPad 3 touting 4G capabilities.

There was also mention of an iPhone 5 with LTE muscle!

iMore has got form for being in the know as they were spot on about the launch of the iPhone 4S and a handful of its features – but, as with all things Apple, it’s not nailed-on til it’s announced officially.

But everything is pointing to the first week of March being iPad week 😉
