Movado Connect smartwatch – another smart Swiss watch maker

Movado has launched its latest smartwatch, the Movado Connect.

Movado are known for their uncluttered and elegant design.

With a heritage linked back to the Bauhaus School, this should come as no surprise.

However, this does not mean that they aren’t willing to keep up with the times.

Movado Connect

The Movado Connect comes with a 400×400 resolution 1.39-inch Super AMOLED display.

Power comes by way of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 2100 processor.

All of this is wrapped up in either a 46.5 mm stainless steel case or a dark grey ion-plated stainless case.

Android Wear

Other specifications on this new Android Wear smartwatch include 512MB of RAM and 4GB of built in storage.

As it utilises Android Wear, you get access to over 100 customisable dial variations, as well as being able to get a range of notifications.

This includes displaying phone calls, appointments, emails. You also get Google Fit, apps, music, and Google Assistant. Lastly, the Connect is even NFC is enabled.

Battery life

According to Movado, the battery on their Movado Connect smartwatch will last about a day and the device will take around two hours to charge.
