Bang and Olufsen BeoLab 20 wireless speaker – UK price

Following on from the launch of their exquisite BeoVision Avant 4K TV, Bang & Olufsen has now unveiled their latest BeoLab 20 wireless speakers.

After you’ve taken in the typically minimalist conical design of the BeoLab 20 the first thing that, quite literally, stands out is the ‘Acoustic Lens’. It’s this crowning glory that disperses the “smooth high-frequency sound” throughout the room across 180-degrees.

This tech also minimises the effect of floor and ceiling reflections, reducing unwanted distortion, thereby improving the overall sound experience.

If you look inside the BeoLab 20’s 18 litre enclosure you’ll find that Bang & Olufsen has fitted two 160 Watt Class D amplifiers and a generous 10-inch unit, in order to provide pitch perfect performance whilst kicking out the low end.

Bang & Olufsen explains: “BeoLab 20’s powerful and refined performance comes from the active speaker design and the uncompromising engineering of its digital sound engine. The conical shape of the speaker embraces every nuance, clearly reflecting Bang & Olufsen’s eye for form and function”.

On top of all that high-end audio tech, the BeoLab 20 is wireless. As Bang & Olufsen was the first manufacturer to incorporate the WiSA platform in to its products, the BeoLab 20 naturally finds itself being the company’s latest Immaculate Wireless Sound speaker.

With WiSA’s robust, multi-channel digital audio streaming, BeoLab 20 will allow the enjoyment of a premium listening experience with the flexibility of being able to be placed where you want it, rather than where cabling will allow.

The new BeoLab 20 wireless speaker is available now at Bang & Olufsen stores worldwide, priced at £3,748 per unit/£7,495 per set (two units).
