Amazon Fire tablet dropped to under £40

The 7-inch Amazon Fire Tablet has just been dropped in price to under £40 in the UK.

This latest news makes the 7-inch Fire tablet Amazon’s cheapest slate to date.

The device launched back in September of last year and packs a 7-inch display that features a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It was priced at £50 but now has seen a healthy price cut.

Other specifications include a quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz and 1GB of RAM, a 2 megapixel rear camera that can record HD video in 720P, whilst on the front of the device there is a VGA camera.
