Golden Joystick Awards 2008 – The Winners
The gaming oscars that was the 26th Annual Golden Joystick Awards have already come and gone.
Long story short – Activision pretty musch cleaned up: Call of Duty 4 nabbed four awards (Multiplayer Game Of The Year, PC GOTY, Online GOTY and Ultimate GOTY), and Call of Duty 5 taking the One to Watch award. Oh yeah, and Activision won publisher of the year too.
As expected Rockstar also swiped three gongs: Developer Of The Year, Soundtrack Of The Year and Xbox Game Of The Year for Grand Theft Auto IV.
