Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus just asking for more Apple Legal Action

We all know that Samsung and Apple enjoy a good spar in the legal ring but with the release of the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus you can guarantee it’s gonna kick off.

If you look at the picture quickly you may think it was of the Apple iPhone 3G/3GS – but on closer inspection you’ll see that it is in fact a Sammy handset – none other than the update of their Galaxy Ace.

I can only imagine that Sammy is cheekily looking for some free press coverage (as it’s getting here) because they’re risking being slapped for copyright infringement for a 3.65-inch screened, 1GHz powered blower.

The Galaxy Ace Plus isn’t fitted with a Retina Display either – the resolution is a very pedestrian 320 x 480px.

The Ace Plus has some, errr, plus points though. It packs a microSD slot capable of boosting storage to 32GB and a 5MP snapper and will be running Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

All-in-all it will be an ok, affordable Android with 3GS looks.

There’s no court date release date or price as yet but expect it being shown at CES 2012 next week.
