The new handset has quite a stunning and slim 7.5mm build.
The solid aluminium body and super bright 5.2-inch 423ppi display looks decent.
This is all wrapped in 2.5D curved glass for silky smooth edges.

So, to capture every single moment this phone features a 13MP rear camera, packed with f/2.0 aperture, a 1.12µm pixel size and an ultra-fast hybrid autofocus (PDAF+CAF). You even get a dual-tone LED flash.
As selfies are equally essential, you also get a 5MP front camera with an 84° wide angle lens and front facing flash.

Sharing is caring
Finally, there’s no point of taking photos unless you’re going to share them.
The IDOL 5 offers fun and creative Video Story features which enables to pick and choose your favourite photos/videos and combine them into a short and shareable clip.
Dual social accounts
IDOL 5 is loaded with the new App Cloner function. This enables you to stay logged into multiple accounts on one social app.
Different accounts can now be used on one single device – handy if you have personal and professional accounts. Great for those who manage their band’s social activities or, let’s say, run a popular tech news and gadget review site 😉
We no longer need to carry two devices or sign in and out of WhatsApp and other social media accounts.
