TIBO Kameleon multi-room speakers launched

TIBO, the Bedfordshire-based audio company, has announced its latest multiroom system range – Kameleon.

Kameleon is the latest edition to TIBO’s Smart Audio family. The range consists of 3 models – the Kameleon Touch, which includes Amazon Alexa integration, Kameleon 4 and the Kameleon 6.

High-resolution audio streaming via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth can be ‘bounced’ from one speaker to another, allowing for seamless multi-room audio.

You also get more than 15,000 integrated radio stations and in-built streaming services such as Spotify, TIDAL and Pandora. Moreover, audio quality should be decent too as the range supports up to 24-bit high res playback.

Full control of single or multiple devices is provided thanks to the free TIBO app.

Furthermore, you have the choice of included interchangeable side panels to ensure the range lives up to its name. The trio of bundled panels are white, dark grey and walnut.

Amazon Alexa compatibility

The Touch is TIBO’s first, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Multiroom speaker supported by Amazon Alexa.

With it you get near field voice control activation by a light touch. This enables you to play music, stream podcasts, listen to audio books, set alarms, make to do lists. Also, you are able to access real time information relating to news, weather and traffic.

Additionally, the Touch will also operate home automation systems and control smart devices within the house.

TIBO Kameleon range spec

The Touch is the smallest speaker in the range and includes a powerful 30W amplifier. The slightly larger 4 has increased amplification of 40W. 4 = 40, so guess what the 6 is packing?

Finally, you got it, the largest speaker in the range, the 6 adds yet more power with 60W.

These new TIBO speakers are ‘Hi-Fi Ready’. For excellent stereo sound, listeners can wirelessly join two speakers together, making one speaker left and one right – for a true HiFi experience. For amazing audio from all angles, users can also join 4 speakers together.
