Hi Jeremy. Sorry you feel this way. This review is *my opinion* and I don’t see any reason to feel shameful about it.

I use the Mojo and Poly regularly without issue. However, early adopters to any device will have to ride out some niggles. The GoFigure app should be out shortly (I was speaking to someone close to the company last week), and this will probably quieten most of the worries I have seen posted.

Was it a not-complete product? Most people bought it knowing that the app wasn’t ready yet. If you were not informed, that’s bad salesmanship and you should mention that to your retailer.

Of course, if you are having difficulties then this should be something Chord Electronics should assist you with. Have you contacted them? What was their advice?

I am interested in reading what Chord Electronics has said about your complaints.
