Replace MacBook Air Battery for Not Very Much

A lot of people like the MBA; but a lot of people don’t like the fact that you can’t change the battery.

If you give your portable puter some hammer a spare (charged!) battery is always useful.  Apple have kinda met prospective buyers of their tiny baby halfway – they will replace the battery when it gets to the end of it’s life for $129 including installation.  That’s pretty cheap compared to what people were speculating it would cost!

Still, no chance of carrying that spare; but then out of a full charge the micro-mac will sip at the charge for a full 5 hours.  That should give you time to find a power socket.
