Asus EBOX – Eee Desktop PC Set for June 3rd
Asus is all set to launch their desktop PC version called the EBOX at Computex in Taipei next month.
The details are, as usual, sketchy and have been ‘leaked’ to The Inquirer.
What is expected is a new desktop model that will arrive on the 3rd June at the start of the computer show and it will be packing a 160GB hard drive, 2GB ram and run Linux OS as standard rather than Windows XP or Vista as with the rest of the Eee’s.
I’m glad that it seems to have kept its Wii like styling.
There has been whispers suggesting that the new desktop could be packing the new Intel Atom processor as it will be officially launching in devices that day.
