Flexson puts Sonos in tricky position
Flexson has added a couple of new products that finds Sonos speakers put in an unusual position.
The British accessories specialist has launched two products that allows for even more flexible speaker placement.
Adding yet further flexibility, the new Flexson Adjustable Floor Stands and Ceiling Mount can hold either Sonos One or PLAY:1 speakers.
Flexson stands for Sonos
The Flexson Adjustable Floor Stands for Sonos One and PLAY:1 can hold either speaker at a range of heights. This enables your speakers and adapt to a range of potential Sonos set-ups.
The stands come in a twin pack: ideal for setting your speakers up as a stereo pair. Additionally, you could have them as the left/right rear speakers in a surround-sound set-up with a Sonos Playbar or Playbase. Suitable for use with Sonos One or Sonos PLAY:1 they are height adjustable for perfect alignment, from 839mm to 1314mm.
As well as being easy to set-up and adjust, they also include neat cable management.
Just like the speakers themselves, they are available in black and white finishes. The stands come supplied with spikes (for carpeted floors) or feet (for hard floors).

Hang your speaker from the ceiling!
The Flexson Ceiling Mount for Sonos One and PLAY:1 allows you to hang your speaker from the ceiling. This new, improved design gives you yet more flexibility and functionality with clever cable routing to the ceiling.
The ceiling mount is not only ideal for commercial installs in bars, restaurants and shops, but will also look awesome in your home.
The new Flexson ceiling mount has a unique tilting mechanism, as well as the ability to swivel left or right, so you can perfectly angle your sound. The mount can tilt 15 degrees down and swivel through 80 degrees (40 degrees right and 40 degrees left). The bracket also allows you to hang the Sonos One or PLAY: 1 upside down, so you can access on-speaker controls. That means that the Sonos One’s microphone for Alexa voice commands can still be used even when it’s mounted on the ceiling.
The ceiling mount can a single Sonos One or Sonos PLAY:1 speaker 30cm from the ceiling and comes in a matt white finish.
