Famous pop star leaks iPhone 6 pics

It’s been a while but there has already been plenty of rumours concerning the iPhone 6, but this is the closest I’ve seen to confirmation that the new Apple device exists in real life.

A former Taiwanese popstar called Jimmy Lin has posted photos of himself posing with what he says is an iPhone 6, alongside the iPhone 5S.

Jimmy has previous for this sort of thing as he outed the iPhone 5C in much the same way which adds to the validity of this latest leak.

The iPhone 6 photos match with what we’ve heard before, mostly that the new Apple smartphone will have a bigger screen (4.7 inches is rumoured, as well as a 5.5-inch model).

Lin’s photos on social networking site Weibo show the handset from the front as well as the back.

The purported images of the iPhone 6 shows off a more rounded profile and a larger display in both length and width than earlier versions of the Apple smartphone.

Lin says the power button has moved to the right side of the device instead of the top (presumably to make it easier to reach, now it has a bigger screen), and that the coating for the built-in antenna is no longer on the outside.

We’ll have to wait until September to find out, when Apple reveals its new handset.
