HTC One to officially taste KitKat in January

Fellow HTC One owners, lend me your ears… errr… eyes. There has been confirmation that our smartphones shall be getting a taste of KitKat in January.

HTC has made the official announcement on Twitter and confirmed that the latest version of Android – which launched on the Google Nexus 5 – will be landing on the One along with its bag of tricks and improvements.

HTC Sense 5.5 will also be on the menu but the details on that are a bit more sketchy for the time being.
