Same guy owns the company that sold the old models. They are terrible. They crash at least once an hour, run slow, they are using reverb for the Alexa integration. They do not integrate or hook 100% into the google or Alexa environment. They both cant run simultaneously as the mike needs ot dedicate to one or the other to listen. There is a whole group on facebook dedicated to just how bad they screwed people over with there. Look under Indiegogo for there last campaign and all the complaints and how they just ignore the people who have legitimate issues.
