Project CARS Gamescom trailer is a must see
I’ve not yet got myself a controller (aside from the usual keyboard/mouse combo) for my new PC but Project CARS is the one game that might make me change this.
Project CARS is set for release in November this year and, if you’ve been following the title’s development as I have, I’m sure that you’re going to enjoy the new trailer that Slightly Mad unleashed at the recent Gamesom 2014 event.
When I say unleashed, the video is actually accompanied by a quite subdued piano backing rather than the expected high NRG electronica or guitar-based rock.
Project CARS will be available on PC, SteamOS (Linux), Wii U, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and, once established, it is also expected to support virtual reality hardware such as Sony’s new PlayStation 4 Project Morpheus and possibly the Oculus Rift.
Create a driver, pick from a variety of motorsports, and shift into high gear to chase a number of Historic Goals and enter the Hall Of Fame,”-“Then test your skills online either in competitive fully-loaded race weekends, leaderboard-based time challenges, or continually-updated community events.
Featuring world-class graphics and handling, along with a ground-breaking dynamic time of day & weather system, and deep tuning & pit stop functionality, Project CARS leaves the competition behind in the dust.
