WaSnake – The Digital Shelf
The WaSnake is a shelf that can be bent and reshaped to fit the style of your room and can also disply SMS text messages and RSS feeds via the coloured LED clusters and optic fibres.
It’s all hooked up to a puter and there’s a varity of options on the shelf itself to change the displays.
It has been developed by Jean Louis Frechin and showcased at the International Milan furniture show and I think that it’s a pretty cool idea for the office and it would be even better if you could link up others around the department – in fact, I’d love one of these!
