Grace Digital unveils 2015 range of internet radios
Grace Digital, of San Diego, California, has just launched its new range of internet radios in the UK named Mondo, Encore and Primo.
Grace Digital’s new range features a 3.5-inch LCD display and access to over 50,000 internet radio stations, an endless array of podcasts and a vast library of on-demand content – not to mention the ability to access your digital library.
I fell out with radio many years ago but some of the DAB stations have brought me back since. I also like the choice offered by internet radio stations but I don’t want to be dragging my laptop around to listen to them in my living room.
Thankfully, companies such as Grace Digital feel my pain and offer a range of radios which can whisk me to any station on the planet.
New for 2015 Grace digital are offering three new internet radios, the Primo, Mondo and Encore.
Grace Digital Primo Wi-Fi Receiver
The Grace Digital Primo Wi-Fi Receiver allows you to listen to your favourite music through your stereo system as well as being able to stream your personal music collection as Primo connects with your PC or Mac.
For ultimate convenience the Primo comes with a remote control, and if you have an iPhone 6 you can download the Grace Digital iPhone app, which can preset stations, catalogue up to 100 stations, and act as a remote control. RRP £139.99
Grace Digital Mondo Internet radio
The Mondo allows you to stream your music from your Mac or PC in to this good looking all-in-one system. Navigation looks like it should be pretty straight forward and it displays the station and album while you’re listening to your favourite tracks. The Mondo comes with seven adjustable alarms and a programmable snooze bar so you can wake up to the sound of your favourite music. RRP £154.99
Grace Digital Encore Stereo Internet Radio
The Grace Encore Internet Radio delivers crisp, dynamic audio with, so Grace says, enough volume to fill the room and allows you play music directly from the internet without a PC or play your favourite tunes from your computer. The 3.5-inch LCD display provides easy navigation through the icon based menu, and it also displays different art when playing to your favourite tracks. Thanks to its sturdy wooden design the Encore should be able to slip in to any room. I have to admit that it was the Encore that caught my eye at first. RRP £219.99
I am hoping to get ears on with one or more of these so stay tuned (see what I did there?).
