Pro-Ject release The Beatles 1964 turntable
Pro-Ject Audio Systems has just announced a turntable for fans of The Beatles – The Beatles 1964 record player.
Pro-Ject has revealed their collaboration with the Universal Music Group.
The result of this partnership is six special edition turntables which will feature the greatest band of all time. The fab four – the Beatles!
The company has already introduced the George Harrison record player and are now showing the world their second limited edition turntable in the series.

This TT features copies of original tickets and brochures from The Beatles’ legendary touring life between 1962 and 1966.
The fab four held 166 concerts in 15 different countries and 90 individual cities in just four years.
The cultural phenomenon their touring helped create Beatlemania – something the world has never seen before and laid the foundation for the globalisation of culture.
This incredibly detailed print was very hard to realise and was only possible with special techniques. Multiple layers and surfaces are applied and then the ink is dryed out instantly with special ultra-violet lights. This process ensures perfectly displayed details and promises ultimate durability.

Pro-Ject have utilised the Debut Carbon Esprit SB for this special edition.
It features highest quality audiophile components, such as an Ortofon 2M Red, an acrylic platter, a carbon tone-arm, a top notch MDF chassis and built-in electronic speed control for easier switching between playback speeds.
