Nokia N8 Coming at the End of the Month

What better to hook your Nokia Mobile TV headset to than the latest arrival to the Nokia family – the N8?

The N8 smartphone will be released on October 1 through a number of retailers and network providers including Carphone Warehouse, Phones4u, Tesco Phone Shops, Orange, Three Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Vodafone and O2.

Nokia Online Shop will start offering the handset from the last week of September.

The N8 will be available from Â£35 per month on contracts. If you’d rather go SIM then be prepared to cough up Â£429.

The Nokia N8 comes loaded with a 12-megapixel camera, a 3.5-inch touchscreen, and the ability to record and edit high-definition quality videos. Its touchscreen capabilities include pinch-to-zoom and flick scrolling which every touchy-type smartphone should have to be even considered these days.

The handset will feature Symbian^3 operating system.

Nokia is expected to release more details at the Nokia World Summit that is going to take place on September 15 in London.
