Archos Arnova – Networked Multi Media Clock Radio
Whenever you hear the name Archos you instantly think of portable media players or tablets.
Well, it seems like they fancy a change and want to get into your bedroom!
The Archos Arnova is a very swish and well connected clock radio.
It’s equipped with a 3.5-inch touchscreen and is able to access 12,000 streaming radio stations as well as standard FM and 1,500 “web TV” channels.
You can shove an SD card full of media into it for playback or even squirt what you fancy watching and listening to over your network via uPNP.
It’ll play nice with AVI, MPEG-4, FLV video and MP3, WMA, WAV, AAC, FLAC audio formats. If you fancy just showing pretty pictures on that screen the Arnova will handle JPEG, PNG and GIFs.
No hints about price or availability yet though.
