Honor 10 proves the #BeautyinAI with huge sales

honor 10Honor launched the Honor 10, its flagship smartphone for 2018, on 15th May in London for the Western Europe region. Naturally, we were there and I have been using the Honor 10 as my daily driver ever since. Stay tuned for a full review very soon.

Following the launch, the Honor 10 has seen unprecedented sales performance in markets across Europe.

As a fan of Honor and it’s more ‘grown-up’ arm, Huawei, this does not really come as a huge surprise. I also think that this is great news for consumers who aren’t afraid to look elsewhere rather than slavishly following the herds.

Honor 10 impressive sales

[amazon_link asins=’B07CVWDZKQ’ template=’ProductAd’ store=’gadgnews-21′ marketplace=’UK’ link_id=”]One month after it first launched in China (April 19th), Honor 10 smartphone sales has exceeded 1 million units worldwide. Furthermore, Honor’s new flagship smartphone has achieved 100% sales growth compared to Honor 9 on hihonor.com in the first week after launch.

Amazingly, since the London launch last week, Honor has sold out all prepared stock throughout Western Europe on hihonor.com with 13,000 simultaneous online users at peak time.

The most popular colour, Phantom Blue (which I have), ran out of stock in the first six hours in Spain.

Beauty in AI

honor 10This is in no small part due to the reaction to the AI camera technology, unique design and high-end specifications combined with excellent value.

Over 89,000 Honor social media subscribers also took advantage of the smartphone’s offer of a €30 coupon that meant they could snap up the Honor 10 from just €369.90.

George Zhao, President of Honor, who launched the Honor 10 in London, said,

We’re delighted at fans’ reaction to our new flagship device. We are always listening to our fans and we co-created the Honor 10 taking on board their feedback. We knew they would love the unique design, AI photography features and unrivalled value.”
